Meet Dr. Solomon Budhram
Co-Teacher
Solomon has been married to his wife, Joni Ovanna Budhram, for 30 years, and together they have three children. He works as a pediatrician and enjoys serving both families and children in his community. At Emmanuel Baptist Church, Solomon serves as a deacon and a Life Group teacher. He is passionate about the personal growth that comes from studying Scripture, often sharing that the more he delves into the Bible, the more he discovers the depth, richness, and complexity of its teachings—a journey that is both enlightening and humbling. In his free time, Solomon enjoys creating new meals for his family, winter skiing, and even skydiving.
Meet Dr. Bill Long
Co-Teacher
Bill Long has been married to his wife, Melanie, for 25 years, and together they are raising five children. He serves as a healthcare professional at Palmetto Family Medicine, where he is committed to caring for others both physically and personally. At Emmanuel Baptist Church, Bill serves as a deacon and a Life Group teacher, faithfully investing in the spiritual growth of those around him. He is passionate about living out God’s Word—believing that as believers, we are called to learn, practice, and teach His truths—and values how Life Group provides a place to encourage and sharpen one another in that calling. Bill enjoys building relationships and walking alongside others in their faith journey. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, gardening, studying history, and spending time with dogs.
